Find the Perfect Lot

Do you like mountain views? Want to be near the river? Walk to downtown restaurants and shops? Want your backyard to be the National Forest? Write down what features of your new lot are most important to you. Talk with a few local realtors to find a partner who understands your priorities and can guide your search. Ask your realtor about any difficulties they see to build on the lot you like. We can build on any lot, but some locations require much more preparation and engineering than others.
